Celebrate St. Patrick's Day & St. Joseph's Day

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day on March 17th! Come dressed in your favorite green shirt (doesn't have to be a dress code shirt) but must be dress code pants. Celebrate St. Joseph's Day on March 19th and really get into the school spirit! Wear your favorite red shirt with your jeans!!

Scavenger Hunt

Xavier Cheerleading Tryouts

Xavier High School will host a parent meeting for cheerleading on Monday, March 15th at 5:30 p.m. in the commons. Tryouts will then be from 6-9 p.m. and again on Wednesday, March 17th from 4-7 p.m. and on Thursday, March 18th from 6-9 p.m. If you are interested in trying out for cheerleading please wear shorts, t-shirts and tennis shoes. Have your hair pulled back and leave your jewelry at home! In order to try out for cheerleading, students must have paid their scheduling fee and registered for classes for the 2010-2011 school year. See the attached flyer for more information.

Shamrock 2010

St. Joseph Families, we need your assistance in helping to make Shamrock 2010 a success! We are currently in need of the following: Baskets we can use to display auction items and teacher ticket donations to ensure that all our wonderful teachers can attend at no cost to them. Don't forget to mark your calendars to attend Shamrock on Friday, April 30th. Tickets are currently available in the school office. Thanks for your support! Submitted by the 2010 Shamrock Committee.

Ride the Wave!

We would like to invite everyone to ride the wave to our spring book fair! The Book House Book Fair will be at St. Joseph School March 15 -18. Surf in to see the variety of books during the following hours:  Monday, March 15th from 2:30-6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 16th from 7:45-8:15 a.m. and from 2:30-6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 17th from 7:45-8:15 a.m. and from 2:30-3:30 p.m. and on Thursday, March 18th from 7:45-8:15 a.m. and 12:30-7:00 p.m. The proceeds from the book fair go to purchasing books for the library. Cash and checks are accepted for payment.

Attention 3rd grade girls interested in Basketball

Attached is a flier on the Future Bulldogs Basketball Skills Clinic for 3rd grade girls who may be interested in trying out for the Bulldogs for next season. The Bulldogs are a basketball feeder program for Xavier girl's basketball.

Attached you will find information about the Granger 4-H Garden Club, 4-H Photography Club, 4-H Craft Club and the 4-H Quilting Club.  Shannon Packard is the new County 4-H Youth Coordinator in Linn County. She asked that we offer information to our parents.
